Introduction

Shree Nepal Rastriya Secondary School is a community based secondary school established in 2054 B.S. by the joint efforts of social eminent academicians, intellectuals, social workers, local people and then Simara V.D.C. with an objective to make the access of higher education to all the aspiring students belonging to different socio-economic backgrounds in this region. It has carved a niche as a leading academic institution in the Mid-Terai region through its commitment and proven history in quality education. Since its inception, this institution has been producing qualified, competent and efficient human resources required in the field of science and technology, business, education and other related fields. It has been catering education in different disciplines like Science, Management, Education and Humanities where students get a conductive environment to acclimatize to real life situation in the rapidly changing society through its curricular and extra-curricular activities. Additionally, this community secondary school has been a first-choice of learning center to all the aspiring students in this region. Still, the students can have the probability of getting wide range of scholarships and opportunities provided by the government of Nepal and other national and international agencies to continue their further study in the field of medical science, engineering, forestry and other graduation programs. The accreditation as a Model Secondary School by government of Nepal has proved its excellence in quality education and well-furnished infrastructure.

Evaluation

The school takes unit test, monthly test and at least three internal examinations in a fair and effective way in order to measure the learning outcome of the students.

Facilities

Classroom: The classrooms are spacious, well ventilated, comfortable and pleasant.

Library: The library is well stocked with all necessary text books, reference books, newspapers, professional journals/periodicals.

Science Laboratory: The school has three ideally equipped, spacious and modern laboratories of physics, chemistry and biology.
